We bought a Tefal frying pan but the non-stick coating started to peel off after a few months. We returned it to the shop but refused refund or replacement on the grounds that it was guaranteed only for 3 months by TKMaxx. Manager Daniel was intransigent and uncooperative. Not recommended, please avoid !!

We bought a large suitcase in Jan 17 - tested in April 2017 on a cruise Took further holiday starting in Dec 17 but on checking in at Manchester airport the extending handle got stuck in up right position on checking in. We had to cut handle off to check luggage in. - we arrived home 8th Feb and reported to store manager who said to take it back which we did today and met Tanya her assistant All I can say this restored my faith in there service and the forgotten common sense. They honoured the guarantee without any hastle and offered us another replacement case or a credit to our cards - which we decided to take rather than making a hash decision. Both the manager and her assistant need commencing on how they dealt with this issue and I feel strongly to put this in writing and I hope TkMax higher management read this and pass on our thanks - they deserve recognising for customer satisfaction - you honour your guarantees which in today's climate is very reassuring for your customers and you deserve to continue to succeed Kind regards Ron and Chris Cohen

My wife and I love TK Maxx. It's great for quirky "one off" buys. You can guarantee there will be different stock in every time you visit. There are bargains to be had on smaller items and clothes, but the larger items such as furniture can be expensive.

Did some shopping here today and very please with prices. Although many other stores around offer same service but it's worth it.
