M&S is what it is with nice, but overpriced food. I am normally pretty switched on when buying here but recently made the cardinal error of not checking the use by dates of a number of food items which I later realised were already out of date the day after I bought them. Advise that you never pick up anything from the front of the shelves without checking the use by date.
Excellent service from Diane in ladies wear went above and beyond to.help my wife find a pair of trousers. You can tell she's passionate about what she does and really enjoys her job. Best customer service received anywhere for a long time. Thank You Diane.
A nice open, spacious restaurant area. The staff are friendly and well-mannered most of them. The food was loverly and prepared quickly.nUnfortunately, my wife found little bits of blue plastic in her coffee. After querying this, it was some bristles, from what they used to clean the coffee machine.nnStill a nice venue for a quick pit stop.
This is the first time I've been to a supermarket and been distracted by the visible dirt everywhere you looked. I could have taken 100's of photos. I'm not a regular shopper here but people told me this place was posh.
I have visited the store today returning an item that didn't fit. Had some issue with the return. However, Lauren the manager was very helpful and immediately sorted me out. Thank you Lauren you are a star!
