I live in the United States (California). I have ordered from these guys many times over the course of about 2 years. The shipping is incredible. The prices are incredible. Customer service is pretty good. My one concern is their returns process:

 One time I ordered a pair of pants that were a little too tight. I subsequently ordered the next size up and intended to return the original pair I purchased. However End does not offer free return shipping for US customers like other "hi-end" online department stores like mr.porter and ssense. So, if you live in the USA, I'd really try to be sure about your size prior to ordering. 

This has only happened once and every other order has been handled so smoothly that I still feel compelled to award 5 stars.

Been a longtime customer and every purchase has been on point. Their support team has always followed up quickly and the store looks great. Always one of the first places I'll check for new drops.

Always had great service. I have actually just ordered an item, within seconds I had a confirmation email and within 17 minutes I have had a confirmation shipping email to let me know my item has been dispatched. 
I have always had great service in store from all members of staff and they have always been very kind and attentive. Unlike some contemporary/designer stores were the staff glare and follow you around fixing every rail you touch.  The store itself is very clean and spacious, I would always recommend this store to others.

I have now bought 3 trainers from End in the last 7 months.The customer service is brilliant and very helpful everytime you ring them.The stock items are exclusive as well and the item comes in a safe good quality branded box.
