Chips are brown, oily and not fresh. All food is so oily to be honest. Your fingers are saturated as well as the packaging. The prices are very expensive which you maybe wouldn't mind - if you enjoyed the food! Minimum card payment of £7 - never heard that amount anywhere - £5 at a push. I recommend changing the oil more regularly. Lowering the minimum spend and caring about the quality of the food you are preparing and serving perhaps think about what you would enjoy eating If you want fresh, reasonably priced food - avoid this fish bar!
Genuinely can't fault this place at all. Chips were lovely, sausage and battered also really good, but the real star of the show was the cod. Crispy flaky batter with wonderfully light, flaky and large pieces of cod underneath. I got a piece of chicken as well but am yet to try that as the meal has defeated me and my girlfriend, but that also looks good. Staff were friendly and efficient. Will definitely make the journey here from now on rather than going next door!
I didnt have anything from this shop yet , they don't give value to their customers. I have ordered bit earlier over the phone that I can get it once I step into the shop. After getting to that shop , I have found there it's not ready & they are preparing wrong item which I didn't ask. I l also found they problem with language. Waste of time to get to the shop
Whats happened to the price of fish and chips locally. £17.50 for Cod and chips. Come on someone is having a laugh here. Its cheaper in Toffs Muswell Hill who are an award winning Fish and Chip restaurant.Food: 3/5
Fish was not fresh, they took it from the heater, fries all soft, wet, not crunchy. Waste of £8.50Service: 3/5
I got the fish with chips, mushy peas and tartar sauce it was lovely, also got sausage and chips. Friendly driver, on time and piping hot. Will order from just eat again.

This chippi is only good on a friday/ Saturday. Any other day it's frozen mushy cod. This used to be the best chippi in the area by far but since it has been taken over by new owners its gone down hill rapidly. Won't be come in back anytime soon
Lots of fond memories from my teenage years. Unfortunately they have a minimum spend by card now, which is a completely outdated practice. They should reconsider this policy.Service: 1/5
Always get my fish n chips from Mariner fish bar, I've just got home with my Rock and chips a piece of breast of chicken always fresh and cooked very nicely, the lovely lady serving is always friendly and so is the chef ‍ guy, nice people, great nice food
