Chose Andrew’s tonight over all the others as have had a good experience in the past and also it wasn’t busy. Had to wait ages as they were prioritising a big order and felt pretty much ignored after my money was taken. The girl serving was very apologetic but otherwise I may as well have been invisible for the 20+ minutes I had to wait. Fish was dry and had quite a strong fishy smell which I wouldn’t expect with fresh fish. It may have been a one off but there are other fish restaurants in Ware and sadly I will go elsewhere next time
We ate there yesterday with my son. It was very tasty. Everything was very clean and the staff are very nice. Thank you. I will always recommend you. The best fish & chips in the area
Been few times. 2 out 3 times fish wasn’t fresh, they went straight to bin. Expensive compare with other fish and chips shops around eg Firs Lane F&C where I started buying my F&C.
Nice staff an so on , just got a bit unlucky fish is fresh batter was hard an oily, chips were dark brown an soggy oil ,,I'll try next time with better luck ,,orange coat guy thanks
Been going to this fish n chip shop since i was in primary school..even my grandparents would go! Beautiful golden fresh fish and chips. Never had a bad batch. They change their oil regularly and it shows as the fish n chips are golden and never dark orange or brown crusty edges on chips. I highly recommend this fish shop. I dont live local anymore but i still drive a fair way to get their take away
I’ve been looking for a decent fish&chips shop in Enfield for a while and so decided to go check this place out. After getting Cod, chips & peas tonight I’d say this is the best traditional fish’n’chip shop in North London.
Been a customer for over ten years maybe twenty, but first time since confined to a wheelchair. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent food and highly recommended, will definitely be back. Wheelchair friendly entrance, plenty of space for easy turnaround of large power chair.
TRY THE RIBS Amazing!!! Top quality service, with a smile and a readiness to serve. I think it's a family run business, couple are absolutely loving and very attentive. Parking is a hit and miss, so be mindful if driving there, but apart from that....definitely will enjoy.
This restaurant has been feeding me and my family for 20 plus years. Great food, great service and great people. Kid-friendliness: Discount offers available for the local students with several schools close by. Parking: Parking spaces outside the restaurant.
Really friendly and helpful staff. They have a large selection of drinks and lots of food to choose from. The fish they offer is fresh and you get very good portion size. The food was not oily and was cooked to perfection. My partner and I travel 20 minutes to get food from Andrews fish bar. One of the best fish and chip shops in London. Their fried chicken is also delicious
