This practice was appalling before the move and remains appalling after the move to the flash new building. If they could change the GP's then perhaps the practise would be better. I have had several experiences of poor service and advice with me and my family. I have been misdiagnosed with a very serious condition, had to argue my case for it to be reviewed and I was shown to be correct. Took another 3 months for the practise to 'fast track' me to see specialists for confirmation that there was nothing wrong and it was merely a 'sorry about that'. It is now on my medical record and private health care is proving very expensive. The bed side manner for my dying mother was also appalling when called to ask about swelling in her abdomen, there was no compassion nor advice to get her seen to at the hospital, instead it was told 'the swelling is nothing and will go down'. Needless to say I had to rush her to A&E the following day as it was Saturday and she was admitted to intensive care for a week. There are other examples but lastly and the final straw...my sister who has recently suffered traumatic surgery was not even given the time of day to see about her post op health and she was given no advice on potential psychological help when she asked. I have been in 2 minds about reporting this to the press but I do not want to cause more damage than it will solve as there are others relying on this service. I do feel that the website should be amended to 'LOWEST quality healthcare to patients in the area. Our healthcare team and all our other staff are NOT dedicated and offer you an UNprofessional service' at least then it would be the truth. If I could give no stars I would.

Over the last few years I keep getting different types of viruses yet non of the doctors I have seen have been able to advice How to keep viruses at bay. The Dr's have suggested signing me off sick but I cant afford the time off. When I have taken time off due to viruses and getting run down I have gotten into debt, become more stressed and eventually get another type of viruses. I'm sick of being sick. I don't want to struggle through illnesses anymore and I'm sure staff are sick of hearing from me. I will rate manor view practice higher if they stop brushing me off and follow up when they say they will.
