I had been in this surgery few times in last couple of years,the doctors are excellent,they treated me with their best ability and they treated my wife as well with their service. But I got the worst behaviour from the receptionist every time i went there.I took it easily. My Mrs went to get her prescription on last Friday on 3rd November 2017 ,the receptionist behaved extremely rude and was discriminating her . This is absolutely vile ,I'll highly request to our GP or Upton surgery Management ,please take appropriate action ,other wise it might ended up with legal action as well with the main media. The surgery (or their employees) should not forget that it exists because of their patients.

I'm new to the surgery and find the receptionist extremely rude, doesnt listen and talks over you when your talking. i havent found them accommodating at all. Very disappointed at the service provided by this surgery. from todays rudeness I'm currently looking else where, since when did the receptionist become the DR ! - unreal at this place .

Just awful,I've never dealt with such an arrogant and rude receptionists.Judie from the reception team was extremely rude over the phone,raising her voice and interrupting me all the time .I've been registered there for few years , I called this morning and was told that my surname in their system doesntmatch.It was fine last week so I'm assuming that they changed something by accident.I was then told that she makes me a favour checking my blood results.I was in hospital and they needed my results ,I was told off by my GP.This lady should change her job as clearly she hates people and have no patience at all.Rude so rude! GP itself is small and smelly ,waiting time around 40 min on my last two visits.

SO POOR SERVICE..... I am registered in this surgery since past 19 years but recently I gone toooooooooooooooooo BAD. All staff will try to make you fool and will give you wrong advice. If feel so sorry for the people permanently ill or are new in the country, as they face their brutal attitudes every day.
