A huge 5 stars for our tour guide, Eddie! Thank you for making the experience interesting, educational, and fun. We spent around 3.5 hours in total, 75 minutes on the tour, 30 minutes in the museum, 20 minutes browsing the mega merchandise store, and about an hour relaxing in the café.nnAs advised on their website, do arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time. It’s definitely needed to allow enough time for security checks and to get to the actual tour starting point.nnThe stadium itself is an architectural masterpiece, beautifully blending historic elements with modern additions. It truly feels like a piece of living art.nnThe reason for two star less is due to our experience when entering the museum. The staff member who welcomed us did not show the same enthusiasm she had shown to the group before us. Initially, I brushed it off, but midway through speaking to us, she left to greet the next group of 4 with a noticeably upbeat welcome and clear direction letting them through before us. When she returned to us, her demeanor was noticeably less engaging, which made us feel somewhat like second class visitors even though all ticket prices are the same, there were 2 of us and we travelled in from outside the city.nnWe’re all united by our love of sport, regardless of societal differences, and that welcoming spirit should extend to everyone equally. That said, the other staff members we encountered, especially security and reception were absolutely amazing.nnOverall, I would definitely recommend the experience!
Absolutely worth the money, even if you’re not a United supporter. So much history packed in one place, and being able to be so close to the most famous pitch in world football was such an incredible experience. Big shoutout to the staff who made this experience even more enjoyable. Extremely friendly, accommodating, and you can tell the staff have a genuine passion for the club. Glory glory Man United!
Our visit to Old Trafford was absolutely fantastic. Everything was well organized, and the atmosphere in the stadium was incredible. It was a great experience to see such an iconic place up close.nnSpecial thanks to Mark — he is the best staff member! He was friendly, helpful, and made our visit even more enjoyable.nnGreetings from friends from Poland!
Going to Old Trafford with my son is something I’ll never forget.nnWe’re both huge Manchester United fans and this trip meant a lot to us. Walking through the museum, seeing all the trophies and history up close. It felt special in a way that no words can ever describe. United is the club that i have supported for many many years and to finally be there in person just felt so surreal.nnMy son loves Amad so being able to see him playing in real life was a huge moment. The look on his face said it all. As a dad, that alone made the trip worth it.nnThe best part was watching the Manchester derby live. United vs City and WE WON! The atmosphere was unbelievable. Hearing the crowd, feeling the energy, celebrating together. It’s something we’ll always remember.nnWe both saw legends like Sir Alex Ferguson, Vidić, Nani & Gary Pallister in person made it even more special. It honestly felt like a dream come true for both of us. Nahhh.. It is a dream came through!nnMore than anything, it was a father-and-son moment that we’ll talk about for years. Indeed it's called Theatre of Dreams!nnWe both made a promise that we will be back again!
What a fantastic football club with so much history and glory. Walking onto the pitch through the player tunnel was such a unique experience. The tour guide was great, giving explanations along the way—definitely better than just an audio recording!
