Clean but no sockets to use and toilets are 30p to use
Not a great space. Besides staff here lied about the service that was negotiated between here and Victoria Coach Station when a connection was missed due to a late departure.
Easy to get a cab once you get to the coach terminal. There are different waiting areas ,lots of space to gather yourself before heading to your next destination,taxis and black cabs either parked outside or not too far away.
Let me review my experience in the coach station during the night. The station was very well maintained and clean! Stand is well labelled but if unsure, there is always a service attendant that can answer your enquiry. You can get a ticket from the machines on the spot but I would suggest to buy the tickets online beforehand for peak travelling season to avoid disappointment. The only downside of the station is due to it surrounds by lots of pubs and clubs, walking to the station at night might be something you want to avoid. Highly recommend to travel there by bus or a cab!
Neat and orderly. The staff at the information counter are pleasant and helpful.
It's okay for a national express bus station!

Busy don't get caught short because it's 20p for toilet not good
