Well organised but over ran by 2 hours and a Weird event. Felt more like a charity boxing matches. Went to see Tommy fury and Eddie Hall. Lovely seating arrangement

good concert seats were really good too only problem was getting seated seats so we didn’t have to stand up for the concert and everyone in-front of us stood up and blocked our view causing us to having to stand up to see anything for the full concert which caused me to dislocate my ankle and my partners knee to come out of place which was for the reason why we got the seats! staff didn’t have a clue and couldn’t organise a cue outside or inside for shit everyone was just put everywhere and people were pushing people out the way running in-front the security weren’t doing nothing and just letting it happen and some people were sitting there since 10 in the morning we overheard

Great venue, wonderful staff, did a pre gig meet and greet.nHad an amazing 3 course concert dinner which was a first for me and my partner.nWe pre booked parking, no waiting post concert straight drive out of the car park.nWill do it again.nThank you AO Arena staff

Ok venue. I enjoyed the show. The seats are a bit cramped and the stairs are quite steep. I didn't like the toilet attendant barking like a fish wife, I understand the need to keep people moving but we're paying guests and I would have preferred a bit more dignity. Usual over priced bar and snacks but I guess that's normal these days, though the advertisement for two bottles of wine at £60 was a bit steep. I would probably only book again if other venues were unavailable.

AO Arena — fantastic venue.nnPerfect size—not too big, which makes it feel surprisingly intimate. Honestly, I don’t think you could go wrong with any seat in the house.nnGreat atmosphere and an all-round brilliant experience.
