The HSBC UK National Cycling Centre is the home of Manchester Velodrome, Britain's first indoor Olympic cycling track and widely regarded as one of the World's finest and fastest board tracks. We are the busiest Velodrome in the world. The Velodrome is the home to Team GB.

Visited for a Revolution Series event. Great venue with modern facilities including decent food and drink options for a sports venue (like a Prosecco bar). Fantastic atmosphere but family friendly too - there were lots of children there of all ages. The announcer made all the events easy to understand even for those with little or no knowledge of track cycling. An excellent option for an afternoon/evening out for both cycling fans and the curious.

Well thought out facilities, ample parking and a spacious centre hall for our lightweight flying models. Tables and chairs were provided and the netting divider ensured that no little aeroplane could escape to the cycle track. I can think of no comparable venue in the NW, long may we be welcome here!

I visited the centre as a pa to my brother. We were greated and escorted to parking very helpful. Then once we were out and ready another helper showed us the way in to the building where we were handed over to an indoor security member. Then we were shown to a lift and onto the viewing area. From that point on we had an unfettered view of every race . An amazing night with a PA system that was clear enough and fit us to know what was going on. Well done to all the cyclists and staff. We will be visiting again.. 5 stars to Manchester..

Fabulous evening of sporting entertainment at the track. It's kept very warm so don't go over dressed. Cafe provided wholesome dinner beforehand. Parking was free and loads of it just across the road at MCFC

Fantastic arena to watch cycling events and has some good food and drink available. You can really enjoy the full experience, sights, sounds and smells (Normally oil and petrol from the Derny. Normally quite cheap to get tickets, considering the price of some sports. Would definitely advise anyone who enjoys sports to go and watch.
