Modern theatre big foyer with bar and eating area. Auditorium well laid out with what appears to be a good view of the stage from all areas of seating. Saw the Northern Soul tribute band Soul Brothers Syndicate, a 20 piece ensemble who were excellent. Be aware bar prices are a bit steep. My wife had a large white wine, first glass she bought was £9.50 the second glass during the interval was £11! When she questioned this difference she was told by the bar person that she was undercharged for her first glass!! Other than that it's a venue I would recommend.
Really good venue. Recently watched All or Nothing, the story of the Small Faces. Easy to get to our seats & had an excellent view of the stage.
The staff were friendly and everything was very well organised, would definitely come to another performance here.
Magical evening with Aled Jones, as he relates his life story with the help of archive film, and the occasional song and anecdote!
A lovely performance space, with good view of the stage; we were seated in side stall seats and could still see all of the performance.nFoyer is rather small to serve three performance areas, but bar wasn't overcrowded.nParking can be tricky, although there are car parks 5-10minutes walk away.nHave been here several times for theatre and music events, always enjoyed it.
