The hotel is in a great location with regards to distance to the city centre. The area on the way to hotel from town looks a bit cagey, especially if you are not familiar with that part of town, but it's a busy area with lots of activity. The hotel itself is very modern. There is a small bar that you see as you walk in. It appeared to be very quiet while we were there though. Breakfast is also served there. I didn't avail of the breakfast so I can't comment on the food. The staff we met on arrival were very friendly however no details were given to us about breakfast times etc. but we didn't ask either but the room we had all the information we needed. Our room wasn't ready so we had to wait in the bar which was next to the reception. We were given a complimentary upgrade so that was great. The room was nice, spacious and had a large balcony outside that overlooked the city but apart from 2 small bottles of wine and chocs (which we were very grateful for) the room was very basic. The rooms were clean however.

Great experience visiting Dublin with my sis. Especially after booking 2 nights more due the snow and our flights cancelled. Reception restaurant and cleaning staff very attentive and responsive to our requests. Lovely clean room and perfect service. Many thanks to all the 5 star staff.

Stayed recently for 3 nights. Took advantage of their very good offers when booking direct. Very comfortable room. Breakfast was varied and well presented. Staff very helpful particularly Ryan the duty manager who sorted out a particular non hotel issue that arose. Hotel is an easy 10 minute walk to O'Connell street. Would stay again without a doubt.

Location was great; even though it seems to be in an uninteresting area when you get there, you walk just a block or two and you realize it's great! The room was clean and comfortable, but the tv didn't work and the window gave more or less directly on the sidewalk so curtains had to stay closed most of the time. Minor inconveniences only given that we didn't want to spend time in the room beyond sleeping. Staff was friendly. A perfectly good stay! Recommended.

Worst hotel ever...... If you don't want to sleep, this is the place to stay! Construction in the room next to you, starts at 7:00 am.... when you call downstairs they offer breakfast delivered to you and then say, "oh, it's a buffet and that will be 10 euros" If you want to get mugged outside, this is the hotel for you. Do yourself a favor and sleep outside, you will get a better nights rest and it's not $1800 for 7 days. Instead of a refund or an apology, we were offered a $5 bottle of wine.
