The place itself was fine. The staff was very pleasant and the rooms clean. It looks like they are doing some upgrades. 
They would've gotten 4 stars, but we booked this room in large part because it seemed like a decent place and claims to have an airport shuttle. It definitely does not, so we ended up paying another $50+ to get to and from the airport. We would have booked another place or taken the shuttle into consideration for pricing. All in all this place is fine, but I'm very disappointed about the inaccurate listing.

Excellent hotel. A magnificent experience. Handy late bar for residents and the restaurant is great with friendly and thoughtfully staff.

Absolutely lovely place to stay. Food great staff very friendly.room spacious. Bus stop to.airport and toward Heuston station right outside hotel 11 out of 10 from us.  Thanks to all the team at the Skylon Hotel.  Sandy and Evan Taylor NZ

While we didn't have the greatest view from our room, our stay was fantastic. Everything from the cleanliness of the room and friendliness of the staff to the softness of the towels was great! I doubt I'll ever be in Dublin again, but if I return, I'll stay at the skylon again.

We dropped in here this morning on spec, surprised to find it open, to the public. We were greeted by a very friendly concierge. Hot pots of tea and coffee were ordered, with hot scones, jam and cream. 
The staff were busy preparing afternoon tea.
 A very pleasant surprise on a cold St.Stephen's day morning. We'll be back.
