Highly recommended place for umrah packages. Its my second time i went with them with no issues. Packages are great and even u can chose ur hotels too. Great customer service by BILAL who helped me a lot in every aspect. Best service ever. Best view from my room in MAKKAH.
This is the 2nd time, I’ve been with this company. I would say they do stand out from the rest. However, they have room for improvement. The second party broker in Saudi gave us false hope of a scheduled internal transport from Madina to Makkah. Unfortunately, it just didn’t materialise, I arranged separate transport for the group, and we reached Makkah 5 hours be hind our schedule time. This was frustrating. Today they credited a refund directly into my bank account, for the transfer taxi that didn’t turn up. There was initially a problem with Food vouchers in Makkah, was already paid for, on raising it as an issue, was resolved. I would highly recommend this group. As when things went wrong they endeavoured to resolve matters.
Are agencies trustworthy? Especially when there are so many online now. My answer to this is yes, absolutely without a shadow of doubt, Jordan from Makkah Tours / 7 Continents Travel is the agent every British traveller needs. My case was not simple - I have a family, needed specific travel dates, only wanted certain hotels etc, yet every demand was met by Jordan. An excellent agent - so understanding, patient and caring. He heard all of my requests and tailored everything I required from my package. I was in Saudi and contacted Jordan - he was only a message away for me, continually willing to answer last minute questions. My hotel, flights, even private transport, was everything I expected. Please do book with them but ask for Jordan directly - you will NOT be disappointed.
I had the pleasure of having Adam Khan who helped me create a umrah package that was tailored to myself and my family. Everything that was done by Adam went according to plan and throughout the entire time Adam was very helpful in explaining, from the minor details to the overall trip. Once again thank you and I would highly recommend this to others who are looking to travel either by themselves or with family.
It's my third time of using this company and via brother Awais, this time to Malaysia. Previously to Saudi Arabia- Umrah trip then to Turkey. First time travelling for Umrah with Makkah tour. Our agent brother Eshan handled the documentation promptly and professionally. There was ongoing communication during our travel with our agent and things went smoothly alhamdulillah.

He was so polite in conversations and helpful regarding our any questions. He provided us all information before our journey and he was in touch with us throughout our umrah and all other bookings. Great service, Adam helped me and my family find the perfect package for Umrah 2024 during Ramadan. Giving us the best price that we could afford as a family. This was the second year we used them for Umrah during Ramadan. I would definitely recommend these guys as they are trustworthy and give you what they promise.
We are using Makkah Tours from 10 years.we always receive best services at reasonable prices. In Ramadan we were being served by Aaqib brother. We have best experience with him. He was available all the time whenever required. Even he keeps texting us unless we entered in hotel.Now we have booked again from him to travel to Makkah and Pakistan.thanks Aaqib.
