We booked our Umrah package recently . Adam Khan was very helpful and arranged everything as per our request . He has been very cooperative and very polite all the time , though we have so many changes . Had a great umrah trip with family. All the promises were kept, hotel and rooms as described. We were even contacted during our holiday to remind us of our departure dates and flights. I have dealt with Makkah tours previously and two of their staff have been exceptionally good providing a good service specially brother Toheed Dar who is very accommodating and helped us a lot before and during bookings and thereafter when we needed some assistance during covid. I am indeed very pleased with his service and brother Mudassar. Both of them have helped us with our umrah packages between 2000 and 2020and 2022. In fact I am satisfied with their  services and we are going again in 2023 for umrah under tourist visa. I have introduced my family members to them to arrange for their umrah package. All I cay state as long Mr Toheed and Mr Muddassar are with Makkah tours I will recommend this company to my family and friends. Thank you Mr Toheed Daar and Mr Muddassar. A month ago, I had the intention of doing Umrah in Ramadan and knowing how long the process of finding a flight, hotel, transport and visa would have taken me I decided to go with a travel agent and so I chose 7-Continents.  I was apprehensive at first since I had never used a travel agent since then, but the man who dealt with my situation Musa Khan gave me the best service I could have ever asked for. After a lot of back and forth of me trying to find the best dates, and best prices. He persisted on finding us the best package which was suitable for us. He gave us updates regularly, replied quickly and spent time outside of work to make sure we received the best service. Me and my family are now going Umrah In shaa Allah on suitable dates with the best package we could have asked for.  Overall, I am very happy with their commitment to giving the best service and I recommend them to everyone. I was very pleased with my Umrah trip with 7 Continents Travel. My dealings have been with a polite gentleman, Waqas. He has been very helpful in answering questions and explaining everything beforehand. They are patient with customers and nothing is too much trouble. All flights, hotel and transport vouchers were provided in a timely manner. He even rang on day of flight to make sure we checked in ok. They also have a dedicated customer service number for complaints and have  a great after care service. We are planning to go Umrah again in the future and have decided to go with the company once again

I will be booking Umrah for 3 adults tomorrow inshallah but only because of Adam Khan. He has been excellent. I enquired with several different Umrah agents but no one gave me service like Mr Khan. He was polite, friendly, and very accommodating. I kept changing the package but not once did he get mad or annoyed at me. He has helped me very well. I am so glad to find a reliable Umrah agent, will definitely be using and recommending to my family.
