Similar experience, booked flights which were cancelled due to covid, have emailed with respect to processing a refund but am not receiving a response. UPDATE 8/7 refund request now being processed.
Sam at Globehunters was highly efficient and managed to book & confirm my flight quickly. Price comparison sites were showing fares that were cheaper but ultimately unavailable. It appears that many low web prices are just an illusion...they disappear into the ether when you try to book them!
Booked flights which were cancelled due to covid, promised a refund but weeks after it was to be paid they have stopped all contact and do not reply to emails. Be wary!
