Hyper Air Travel was used to combine my flight with my family who were on another flight. These flights were booked months in advance. We asked repeatedly if the flights were synced and were given assurances that they were. However, on the day of the flight we were told at the airport that the flights were not together. I had to travel alone for over 8 hours without my family. I emailed them about it, and all they could say that it was the airlines fault. Really! Never again!
My experience with hyper travel has been a total night mare not to mention how rude Ben was , while talking to me . He had no regard for how I was feeling around this issue. I have been going back and forth with this company with the aim of trying to sort out my ticket. Ken promised me a ticket with qatar airlines with 3 pieces of laggage and i have evidence to support this however I have spoken to Ben who was very rude that is an understatement to check the progress of my ticket and he informed me other wise. At the moment he advised me to go and look else where well knowing that I have less than 2 weeks for this. I have updated ken with this and requested a call back with an aim to resolve this. I am being pushed to accept their choice not the choice I made when ken showed me the reservations. They are telling me I have no choice and have no consideration for my time not to mention that I could lose my money and not have a ticket at all. All I am asking for is for this company to fulfill their end of the bargain as promised.
I have been booking with Hyper Air Travel for over 8 years now and I have found them to be very reliable and always willing to meet the customer at their needs end. Would recommend Hyper Air Travel to book your future holidays!!
A really awful experience. Bought tickets 2 weeks ago, no eticket issued, they issued itinerary and their booking confirmation and promised that the eticket would come in 24 to 48 hours, nothing came. Was told to be patient as it was ‘slow.’Thought was very suspicious and kept asking for eticket. After 5 days they phoned to say my original flight was cancelled and I had to go on another one. I checked Air China’s website and this wasn’t true as flight was still available. Told Hyper Air it wasn’t cancelled and they said it was now running and they’d put me back on original flight.They did exactly the same on day 6. I insisted on an eticket and they emailed me confirmation that I’d get one ‘tomorrow.’ It never arrived. Emailed agent to ask why they would tell me 2 flights were cancelled that weren’t, ni response. Phoned China Airlines to check what was happening after 11 days who said they were going to cancel ticket after 3 days as not issued paid for. Phoned Hyper Air very upset and stressed, who gave excuse after excuse blaming the airline, even though they don’t issue the ticket, the travel agent does when booked and ticket is actually paid for through them. Hyper Air insisted it had been paid for. Their manner was rude and dismissive, challenging me to keep being patient, hanging up on me. Eventually agent said he’d tell me the truth if I stopped phoning him and it was that they needed to sell 40 more tickets before my ticket could be issued. Hyper Air ‘offered’ to issue etickets that same day for my original flight for an extra £1200 or an additional £500 for a different airline which they said I could pay the next week or a refund. I was outraged to be asked for more money but I had to take the refund as the uncertainty was too much. Prices of original flights have gone up lots and I can’t get as short a flight .Even when asking for a refund and when it would happen was told that the refund would be issued when it suited them and not me.I am in the process of making a complaint to Atol and have recorded Hyper Air agents confirming that original flights were cancelled by the airline when they weren’t and offering etickets the same day as the originals I paid for, for £1200. Very, very rude staff telling me to stop bothering them and bullishly offering refunds when questioned about why Air China would say tickets haven’t been issued, why they don’t phone back or why I should pay more than original purchase. This has been a complete and utter nightmare. Just awful. As they had an Atol certificate I just trusted that what I paid for would be delivered, unless there was a genuine reason for a flight change. I have recorded some conversations
Not sure how they're still in operation. Back in August I booked a ticket with this travel agency I was left at the airport in tears! They're FRAUDULENT please stay away. They took the money off my card yet used someone elses card to make the booking. When I went to Gatwick Airport Virgin Atlantic wanted to see the card the ticket was booked with. When I showed them my card they said that's not the card. When I contacted the agency they told me they used their managers card and he's off work so the only thing they can do is put me on the next flight 3 days later. I declined and wasn't offered a refund instead I had to dispute with my bank to get my £2,000 back! STAY AWAY!
Please don't deal with Thomas. He never keeps to his words. I made payment for my ticket since on the 13th of October 2018, but l have not receive the ticket. However, the manager contacted me this night that my ticket would be sorted out unfailingly by next week Tuesday. I"ll keep you posted on this. Update I received my ticket earlier than l expected. I travelled in December 2018 and returned in 2019 Jan. Ken the manageris trustworthy.
Will never use again. Booked flights to America back in February for 7 people to fly at the end of October. Warning sign started when we got to virgin check in at Gatwick and I found my 2 small children had been booked as flying on there own. This got sorted by the people at virgin to whichthey said "they always have trouble with hyperair". Then the real problem started the day before we were due to fly home they contacted me to say that two of ours tickets had been stolen and we couldn't fly home. We then spend the last day/night of our holiday worrying how we would get myself and my son home. Not worth the savings I Wish I had just booked with a proper travel agency.
Worst ever experience with them. They will change your seat without even telling you and the only thing which they will do is “sorry for inconvenience”. Before booking a flight they will call you after every 1 hour saying we can offer you this that etc...... don’t go for the bad reviews on our website they are fake. These people asked us for discount and blackmailed us etc....... If you only see good reviews on our website it will look fake..... once you agree and pay them then they will speak to you in a different way “What is your problem” “I am not responsible”. Before booking they used to call me at 1:30am for booking and after booking they used to say we are closed at 5:00pm..
