Absolutely do not book with these people. Amended my holiday and was charge nearly £700 !! I was told it was a fine from head office. When I asked for details and address to take them to court , denied being Sandals even though their email address ended with the name! Refused to give me address to tell court where to serve summons, very suspicious, don't give your money to this firm you will regret it, even if smallest things need to be changed they will charge you a fortune, wish I'd never booked and customer service is appalling
