Theives. Have got tens of thousands of pounds of mine and will not refund. Booked business class tickets but couldnt go due to covid and government advice plus airline cancelling flights. No sign of requested refund. DO NOT USE
The decor is beautiful, great music and well mannered bartenders who seem happy to serve the patrons! There are 3 floors to choose from so you're spoilt for choice!
Finally got our refund but officially if we had not contacted them wouldn't know our holiday was up in the air. Also felt we were below their normal standard of clients.
Alex has been amazing trying to help me with the best deals for me and my family regarding our holiday, his customer service is exceptional I would very highly recommend Alex to anyone, in fact I've already passed his details on to everyone on my social media sites.
