The best Umrah experience. I really want to thank Nadia alharam travel Thank you so much for the amazing package for umrah. This was my second time and you provided Umrah package 1st and 2nd time you had provided me everything from accomodation, travel visa process was easy and simple. I have recommended my family and friends and i would say anyone else is looking for umrah speak to Nadia Alharam she is professional and honest.
We have had an excellent experience with AlHaram Travel and would highly recommend them for their Umrah packages. Everything of the package was arranged by sister Nadia, I just wanted to say thank you for organising such a smooth Umrah for us including the holiday in Dubai. All the hotels were perfect for us and the private transport was always on time. I cannot thank you enough for making this journey so easy for us. Our hotel in Makkah was the perfect distance from the haraam and also the same for Madina, they were both with few minutes walking distance. Just had a wonderful 14 day Umrah experience organised by this company. Salman was my rep, but I'm sure they're all just as good.. Decent price for 14days, transfers from airports to harmain and makkah to madina was spot on. One thing I would say with this company it definitely helps if you speak Urdu or Panjabi my wife and I don't, however if you don't it's still fine.. just ask for someone who understands a small amount of English, Bangla or whatever else when it comes to the transfers... You may need to chase things up a little before your trip ie visas, tickets, hotels etc but its part and parcel of booking an umrah trip.. I would book via this company again and would definitely recommend them
Spoke and booked through iqra excellent customer service we had a group of 19 people hotels were good we had a slight issue with a bed missing but quickly sorted out and transport to and from airports etc was excellent and we got a super low price in ramadhan!
Muhammad provided me with superb and efficient service that I didn't expect. I have never experienced such excellent customer service. I was catered to in every way. It was our first umrah trip as a family, and we heard quite a few horror stories regarding travel agents, but this was by far the best experience I've ever had. Muhammad handled all my questions and queries very kindly and politely and went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. 10 out of 10 stars for him
I hv just booked for our family UMRAH HASSAN managed our booking etc and he did it very well. Very soft and respectful and helped with the bookings in our budget. I hope UMRAH will be good too and comfortable as he has planned. AL HARAM TRAVELS. Kiran Murtaza had arranged us a 5 star umrah experience. We had such a great time as everything ran smoothly. The drivers that she arranged for us to pick us up from the airport were punctual and kind. This is a highly recommended company, we will go through them next time too inshallah.
I contacted Mohammad from Al Haram about an umrah package for myself and my family. In addition to being helpful and cooperative, he went above and beyond. He was patient with all my queries and answered all my questions. Customer service from him was excellent, and it was a pleasure to speak with him. There is no doubt that he is one of their strongest assets. Wish them all the best.
It was my first time using Al Haram for booking umrah. I was a little hesitant however when I spoke to Nadia she reassured me, gave me all the details and informed me of things that were important to be aware of. I was surprised at how efficient she was and how quickly she booked everything. Every time I rang to speak to her she was always available and when she wasn’t she would call me or text me that day to ensure I was satisfied. My umrah experience was amazing and everything went really smoothly. No issues at all. I also would recommend the transfers as they were on time and communication was great. I will definitely recommend the service and would encourage you to use Nadia.
I used Alharam Travel dealt with Salman - he was ok for Umrah and got back from my trip a few days ago. Alhamdulillah for the most part everything was fine. The flights were sorted as soon as payment was made in June with Saudia - flights were fine. The transfers from and to the airport, and from Mecca to Medina were very good. The only issue was that the we didnt get the hotels we were supposed to get. The one for Mecca changed from one 5* hotel to another 5* hotel - this wasnt an issue. But in Medina, we were meant to be getting the Pullman ZamZam Medina hotel which is a 5* hotel in a great location, right in front of the great Mosque and breakfast was also included. But we didnt get it. Alharam Travel said there were no spaces left and we had to pay an extra £300 to get the hotel. This wasnt what was agreed. They offered to refund me £310 and I accepted as I had found a 4* hotel for £190 and thought I’d be saving some money, which i did. But it wasn’t worth it. Breakfast is an absolute must - the food in Saudi Arabia is terrible and the breakfast buffet we had in the Mecca hotel was so good and we didnt have to leave the compound. In hindsight, I wouldnt have accepted their refund and would have made them adhere to the original deal as the better hotel, food, and distance you have to walk in 42 degree weather makes a massive difference.
