If I could give this company a 0 I would. I have used them a few times and recommended them to others as they were very efficient on my first few bookings. Unfortunately, I booked a trip over Christmas and had a number of things which went wrong but the main issue for me is the fact that it still has not been resolved, even after various emails to the management there. I have ended up paying for transfers which I had paid for through the company and I was left 3 times whilst I was away with no transfers turning up as well as then missing parts of my trip. I would not recommend People's Travel.
Once you have paid for your ticket customer service is somewhere between appaling and non-existant, particularly when stranded abroad. In future I shall buy flights direct from an airline, which might cost a few extra pounds, but if there are any problems I shall be able to sort them out directly with airline.
Better for you guys to direct call the consultant for cheaper fare.
Excellent agency, they are friendly and professional
