I phoned Flight Centre for the first time in 15 years, as i couldn't dind a flight to meet my needs. Spoke to an agent called Jhoanna. She found me a flight and booked it within 20 mins last seat to Cape Town on any domestic flight when the Internet was failing. She was quick, full of helpful advice and really diligent. I'd definitely recommend Flight Centre and, in particular, Jhoanna following this recent experience.
Brilliant service. Exceptional staff. Knowledgeable, attentive, friendly and efficient. Sorted out my requirements very quickly
It really depends on which branch you go to, but the best ones are closed down now, and the few left aren't as hospitable!
Excellent @ changing flights when I'm abroad with tight visa restrictions ! Ask for LEE RAMSEY !
No answer really bad peopel to deal with it
Price wise Google Flights does a better job these days.
