Octavio was the customer service representative I was assigned, and the only reason I mention him by name is because the quality of service he delivered was absolutely exceptional! Caters to every single problem you might have, and his incredibly positive energy and vibe energizes the customer too! Incredible service from Octavio who really helped me book and modify my flight with ease! Great company with a great individual, highly recommend! Easy and smooth process overall!

Absolutely on point. I’ve used Crystal Travel for the 3rd time now and never got disappointed, always got a good deal. Also, great team working who go extra miles to find you a good deal. I called them on Saturday and Shirley was the one who dealt with me, I was pleased to get a good deal with her, great customer service.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Ryan Smith at Crystal Travels. I was asked to pay an additional £200 because I wrote my son's surname incorrectly. Ryan was quite helpful and was able to help me rectify the mistake without having to pay the additional money. He was amazing to deal with.

Great Customer Service Ryan handled my booking and issued the e-ticket very quickly. Called him today to find out about seat booking and he was helpful and took time to explain and listened to me. He spoke very clear and he was  very friendly and knowledgeable.  I give Ryan 5 stars for his professional and friendly customer service behaviour.
