We ordered our wedding cake/Mini cakes from Katie and everything came as expected & even exceeded expectations. We sent a photo of what we wanted, and that is what we got. The whole experience was great, from the quick response to the enquiry, to receiving the samples to decide on the flavour, to the Delivery of the Cake from Midlands to London!, to how the Cake/Stand looks, and obviously the taste as well. May made the most beautiful cake for our wedding over the weekend - we went for the 3-tier victoria sponge which we had as our wedding dessert. We got endless comments from our guests on how fantastic it looked and tasted. I would highly recommend using Maisie Fantaisie - we received top notch professional service from beginning to end. We were sent cake samples in the post to allow us to do a tasting on various options we were looking at. All our emails were responded to immediately and requests met with a smile. To top it off we just turned up on our wedding day and the cake was there - presented SO beautifully - even better than we could have hoped for !

Maisie Fantaisie created a beautiful wedding cake for my clients for their wedding earlier this month. It looked and tasted beautiful and was the perfect complement to the rest of the wedding design. Everything about the service was fantastic form the communication in the lead-up to the wedding all the way through to the delivery and after-care. I was very disappointed with the POOR service I received from Maisie Fantaisie , I contacted them 8 WEEKS AGO with an order for my wedding cake , I picked out the size, the colors, the design, flavors, where and when to be collected ect. I was then promised some sample flavors in the post to make sure I was happy with the flavor. I then did not hear for the company for a few weeks so a lot of email later I had a reply that I had been in contact on their busiest week and they would get back to me soon. A week later I emailed them again as I still had hear or received nothing. Then an email saying they had sent me the flavors witch surprisingly I never received When I told them to send me the tracking number they declined and could not give the address they sent it to and asked me for it again. At this point now 2 months later I gave up. With my wedding in 6 months all I wanted was no worry and stress about my big day and now I have to find another cake maker that is available on my dates and has something I actually like!! In my opinion I wouldnt use this cake maker at any costs if you want a stress free day! VERY poor customer service.

I would like to make this very brief and useful for people who is looking forward to order from there. The customer service is fantastic, we went there for tasting and we had a very warm welcome all the cakes are all very delicious. Price is very convenient and overall ''perfect''. Thank you May
