Absolutely superb service from start to finish. Exceptionally polite, understanding and respectful staff. No stone is left unturned in pursuit of offering the very pinnacle of customer service. I have never come across any business that is so attuned and oriented towards supporting customers, offering unequalled service, and being entirely customer satisfaction driven. My experience of the sales team, and in fact everyone, at R&D has left me quite speechless, as nowadays you simply do not come across such service, know how, and willingness to put the customer first, at all levels. Cannot recommend them highly enough. If only all businesses were run like R&D in Maidstone, Kent. Outstanding.

Poped in today to get some power steering fluid as it needed topping up slightly. They only sold it in 1L bottles for aprox £30. I asked if they sell anything smaller as it was literally just to top up. So the guy (sorry didn't catch the name) went to talk with the guys in the back and came out to top it up for free. Top service!

Horrible, don’t go there. I was charged £71.00 to diagnose my car which I gave them the go ahead but later had a call and said they are carrying more checks which would cost me another £230.00 just for diagnosing. Would never go there again. RIP off

One of those companies that make not answering the telephone an art form, however once they do pick up, you'll wish you were still held in their infernal system, as the staff on the other end genuinely go out of their way to make your call sound like a bother to them. Avoid.
