An absolute disgrace I brought a brand new transit euro6 and from day one I have had problems and all I have had from this place is lies
 I've now got a 66 plate top or the range van that no ford dealer wants to fix especially your self haynes who supplied the van and have done such a poor repair that trust ford epsom won't tuch the van and have in formed me that you had done a bad job 
£40k van 18000 miles now
2 cam belt kits 
3 oil changes 
Poor mpg 
And now un road worthy with oil and coolant leaks 

Avoid and by a different van from a different dealer I would not want anyone to go though this I have now got to rent a hire van which will cost me about 2k as it will be for over a month customer relations don't give a courtesy van until the van has been diagnosed 
The warranty isn't worth tge paper it's printed on I now have a 40k ornament on my drive

No phone call received and your records are not accurate I gave made contact in mid 2017 twice and 3 times on 15/16th February 2018 to a member of your work shop team (shawn)
