Stopped here for one night enroute to the coast after booking at the last minute. Ample off-road parking, and room was clean and tidy, albeit a little on the snug side. We liked the coded door locks which were definitely easier than keys. Breakfast was ample and set us up for the day. Although not the fault of the establishment itself, we were disturbed by the neighbouring room at 3am when they were talking quite loudly for nearly an hour, possibly leaving early. Inconsiderate of them, but it did highlight that the rooms were not soundproofed. There are signs on the backs of the room doors asking rooms to be vacated by 10am which is not a problem. After breakfast at around 9am, so well before the 10am check-out time, we came downstairs with our bags to load up the bikes and Alistair came out of the breakfast room to see us off – we told him we were just loading the bikes and would be back in a minute to collect our helmets and jackets. Imagine our surprise then when we went back to the room only to find the door propped open and Alistair in there already starting to clean it. Come on, this was out of order. We were not late in leaving, and you knew we were coming back so the “sorry I didn’t hear you come back in” doesn’t cut it. We felt really rushed and therefore didn’t do out usual final scan of the room so I did leave behind my toiletries, which I didn’t discover until we were in the B&B at our next stop. Due to this I don’t think this B&B will be on our list to revisit.

Late check out was so so helpful ; Many thanks to Alistair & Roz at this fab 4 Star Guest House for letting us stay until just after lunchtime before checking out as we had a family member in the hospital just over the road from there. They never caused us any problem of any kind. The Guest House its-self was immac. with every extra in the room you could mention. We only had to walk about one minute for the town centre too. The room we had was really big & spacious with a fab bed & an ensuite I would love to have at home, all in all the BEST PLACE we could have stayed in Burnham - many thanks for squeezing us in!

Lovely B&B very clean owners so friendly rooms have everything you need and more highly recommended

This is a fantastic B&H it's our second but hopefully not our last visit.

It was nice and clean breakfast wasn't all that really cheap stuff the room was so small but was clean Guy was really good and polite Would Def go back there again but not eat the breakfast
