I have to say for the price we paid this place isn't bad. We didn't get the weather but there were still lots to do. Pool was always busy. Not really big enough for the park. However the up stairs bar is very big and the entertainment was good. My daughter loved it. Everywhere seemed clean friendly and helpful staff. Caravan we were in was clean and bed surprisingly comfortable. Everything was close by. Only advise I would give to get to the pool early as gets busy and same with the entertainment. Be prepared to wait for things.

Had a Safari tent and my daughter loved it. The weather wasn't great for us but with the arcade , swimming and classes there was plenty to do. All the staff where wonderful and the couple that looked after the safari tents where really smashing. They more than made up for the trouble we had booking it. A really warm and welcoming couple would recommend the tents anytime

Love this place. Its where we have our holiday home.  Seems to always be nice weather there and the great thing is it's only an hour and 45 minute drive from the West Midlands.

There is a small town with  most of what you would need. Lots of cafes. Pubs with food etc and there's a particularly nice Indian on the main road.

Watch out for the beach thought there is loads of nasty sinking sand towards the water although if you walk up the beach a few hundred yards the beach is beautiful with golden sand.

The security were beyond a joke. My daughters walked over to the arcade in the snow. They forgot their passes but had the caravan key. The security wouldn't let them in without the passes despite my daughters showing the key to the caravan. They were sent back in the heavy snow to get their passes. Beyond a joke.
Again with the security. My daughters bought a bottle of coke from the club on the Wednesday night and didn't drink it all. On the Thursday night they took the bottle of coke over to the clubhouse and the security searched their bags and made them leave the half drunk coke behind.
The security is like the gestapo and really put a dampener on the whole holiday!

Really disappointed from this place. I would have give 0 stars if option is available. Check in was a hassle with long queue and caravans not ready. The route in and out of caravans too muddy. Indoor activities capacity not sufficient for number of guests (had to queue for entering the pool under the rain). Moreover, customer service manager did not even bother to react to complaints claiming she was busy. Staff are not friendly and they were all helpless and not ready to serve customers. Very bad experience won't recommend it and will never think of visiting again.
