Excellent place to eat, and a lovely relaxing atmosphere to have a drink. The landlady and landlord are very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended.

The en suite room was spotless  modern and spacious bed was  comfortable. Nice friendly atmosphere and pub food was good quality and value. Full English breakfast was excellent would have been even better if there was a pot of tea and preserve for the toast. All the staff were friendly and helpful from when we signed in until we left. Definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it.

Warm interior, busy pub, bar staff let it down by service without a smile,  slight off-ish attitude when served with pink Gin, Red Fruits requested.... informed it's basically lemon or nothing as Red Fruirs are needed for puddings on Mothers Day one 🍓would of made been nice.   On a brighter note. Food being served looked very nice.
