Scoring 1 because I cannot score 0. Placed order at 18:15 meal still not arrived at 20:05. Last time the food was tasty and on time. Been offered a tiny discount of £3.80 from a £28.80 order. I'll not go back after this appauling service - no calls or updates from them either. Food finally arrived 20:11 it was not particularly hot and had started to congeal. Nothing to write home about. Disappointed will go elsewhere in future.
Most awful experience of my life, food wasn’t hot, chicken was meant to be spicy tasted too chewy! Had to wait 20 mins for my noodles which ruined the whole meal and when they came the box was open, so I didn’t even touch them absolutely awful service. When I called the restaurant they found it funny. My BANANA fritter was BLACK! If I hadn’t noticed and ate it I would probably be in hospital right now. They also refused to refund me. I wouldn’t eat her unless u wanna risk dying of food poisoning.
Awful. Awful. Awful. Delivery drivers have a nasty attitude. Didn't say a word. Looked goormless when handing over the food. Forgot my drink! Cheers. I only paid for it and wanted to enjoy my meal with it. They redelivered tbf. Driver was pissed of. Thanks for that. Food was disgusting! Chewy. Greasy. Tasteless. I'd imagine you'd be shot for trying to serve that in China. Wouldn't surprise me if it was left overs from last week! Even my dog left it. And thats saying something! Never again. Id rather eat cat food. Avoid.
This chinese is horrible. I ordered on just eat and picked the order up, I turned up at the time the site said it would be ready, upon arrival I was told that it would be ready soon which didn't bother me much. The place doesn't look very nice and its really odd that there's a small waiting area but a massive area behind the counter with nothing in it but a chair. After waiting 20 minutes my order was ready, the wait was quite annoying but I wasn't too bothered at the time as I wasn't in a rush. Once I was back home I unpacked the chinese to find out my delivery was wrong! I then called them up and they noticed their mistake so they said they would send me the correct dish. This didn't show up for 45 minutes keeping in mind I only live 5 minutes away and the dish was chow mein and by then all my food was luke warm and when I finally did eat my food it wasn't very good. The only dish that was fairly nice was the chow mein. Definitely won't go there again.
Awful, ordered last night 8/12/17 and after an 1hour 1/2 the food still hadn't arrived, even though I had a Justeat text saying food on its way. I chased the restaurant and was advised that it'd be another 30minutes or so..... Not good enough at all! I could hear them saying they could find the order and we're going to make it. Won't be back!
Do all your delivery drivers swear at customers? Can’t understand why the delivery driver would press the flat buzzer twice and then go and then collect my food from the car parked away from the flats visability... Also chips and curry is a mix between curry and gravy, very odd.
My Thai green curry,and magic special rice was amazing, people on the phone when you give specific instructions because you know the post code won't bring them to your door only spoilt the experience a little
Meal was way over priced. £5.60 for 6 prawn balls! You do the math. Sorry but twenty quid for 4 dishes. One meat.
Ordered food over 2 hours ago. They just called to say they decided to shut and will not be bringing us our food. Place deserves a firebombing.
Crispy beef is greasy, crab soup is waaaay oversalted. This is impossible to eat.
