good things- the veggie burger and the bbq wings are soooo delicious. Bad things- Even though they normally serve fresh, a few times they have not been fresh e.g. spicy wings. they have frequently messed up orders e.g. wrong drink, missing the drink, missing wings. this is bad because it cheats me of my money. also, when I ordered from here as delivery, they kept telling me to call back later because they were busy. they took my order after calling back 3 times. the delivery arrived 1 and a 1/2 hours later which is terrible :( so yeah, most times the food is very good. especially if you eat in, then you are most likely going to get fast and fresh. but unfortunately the service is sometimes bad. * also, do not pay by card. it is a 50p charge. so pay by cash at chicken cottage.

Food tastes ok,but the price is over the top,£3,49 for 5 wings,far too expensive and £6,49 for the average meal,kfc is cheaper and the quality of the meat is far better,would go here again as a last resort,better choices available within 1 minute walk and much cheaper.

When I went into this place the staff welcomed me in a polite manor they made me feel really welcome and to top it off the food was amazing! The chicken nuggets are the best very nice and crispy! Would definitely recommend

Orded on just eat the food was cold when i got the driver said he didnt have right amount of change had to go to his car and he drove off

Good chicken, but badly managed with the loyalty card. Despite having visited several and buying several meals my loyalty card was not marked because the 'stamper was broken' apparently they just couldnt mark it any other way.
