It's a very dirty place from.apperance from outside windoes always filthy so god knows what kitchen like and the food is ok,although recently it's been horrible and gave me stumoch ache ,no more Chinese for me, can't see why take aways can't have open planned kitchens like chop shops

By far the most insolent staff I've ever dealt with in a takeaway. The food here is generally good but recently they sent me an item of food that tasted weird like it had picked up the chemically metallic flavour of a burnt pan (n.b. Im not saying the chicken was burnt as the woman didnt seem to grsp!), but that's not the real problem, I've been cooking enough to appreciate that mistakes happen. The worst part is how argumentative and rude they were when i called them to let them know. She just told me Im wrong and the chicken is fine (she can tell this over the phone? impressive skill!). So i actually drove down there and gave it to her in person to which she still insisted it was perfect. She kept arguing that I've eaten half so won't get a refund. I made clear I didn't want money back, and that actually the other half of the food was in my bin at home! I didn't want another portion either. Just an acknowledgement that it was substandard and an apology would have sufficed but the blind arrogance and lack of empathy was disgusting. If any of our staff spoke to a customer this way they'd be gone! Just to double check I wasn't going mad I took the container with me, stopped off at work after my encounter and asked 3 of my chef teammates to try it- they all very quickly spat it back put into the bin. Either way, I'd avoid this place. The food might be alright, but if it isn't and you have a problem, then consider your money well and truly wasted!

The food is awful but gave it two stars for the friendly staff. So so greasy and bland and just old and stale.

Absolutely disgusting take away, rude attitude and unhygienic staff. Never waste your money at this place, it’s a disgrace. They rob your money by not delivering your food which I have just experienced. The Chinese people here are utterly rude too; one of the members shouted down the phone to me when I requested for a refund bunch of thieves. Please take my advice and go to pleasant Chinese takeaway with good service and not this waste of space cuisine.

Been buying food from here for years, the food is always of a good quality, reasonably priced.
