est since 1966.... oldest restaurant in Canterbury ....it speck for is self..good food..... good service..... looking forward to the next visit :)

Ordered over the Valentines period, food took 3 hours to arrive. No compensation or freebies for the wait. I understand this may be a busy time, but 3 hours is unacceptable. Ordered many dishes (£25+), not much flavour. Disappointing.

I can't believe how disgusting this food is and the communication from staff!!! My family ordered from here this evening, my sister found 2 hairs in her food! Which made her sick!! When she called to complain, they were rude continuously and asked our address.. there excuse was well we have deliverers food to your address before and you complained about the same thing!! This is not the case, this is the first time we tried there food, they just said that to get her off the phone!! My advise to everyone- Check reviews before buying from this discussing, unhygienic so called Indian!! It needs to be shut down!

We went at the slightly odd time of lunchtime on a bank holiday Saturday so as you can imagine it wasn't super busy. The staff were friendly and efficient enough - they were slightly more focused on takeout orders I felt. The food was good - lots of choice on the menu, helpful description of dishes and decently priced. I had a ceylon curry and it was a good evel of heat spice wise for my tastes. My girlfriend had a tikka masala and it was very tasty from the bit I tried. I don't know Canterbury well but I'd be happy to go back here again.
