Customer service is terrible. Constant queues and staff who appear to be completely disinterested. I have waited more than 20 minutes to be served on more than one occasion and have resorted to putting goods back and leaving on some occasions. Very poor.
This shop was a right mess. Clearly under staffed as the mens department till was closed, which caused a lot longer queues in the kids and womens department. I went into the dressing room and there were so many other items of closing in the room, just thrown everywhere. It looked like a jumble sale rather than a proper high street store.
My mum got whacked across the head with dressing room door, the staff did nothing!
Need a till for sales and a till for returns. Queued for ages for all the wrong reasons.
I always liked Zara. The only downside for us older women is when most of the sizes in the ranges doesn't go down to L and LX. Are they tighter in the arms for others? Love to pick up a bargain now and again. My granddaughter loves some of the kids range. She's a tall slim 10 year old and looks good in them.
Thought I’d pop over to Solihull to see if I could find anything nice in Zara for my holiday. As per usual the shop was a jumble sale, I couldn’t be bother to look at half of it. The queue was a mile long and I probably wouldn’t have been bothered to wait if I wanted something anyway. It doesn’t help there’s hardly any staff and the service is so slow. As for the fitting room…The girl on it didn’t even look at me when I showed her my items, nor when I gave them her back. She was too engrossed talking to the other member of staff next to her. Shocking experience all round. I certainly won’t be making any trips back here again.
Great place to shop can always find something different. Quite a big store over two floors womens on the ground floor. Mens and kids on first floor with a good range of clothing.
My partner bought a shirt which had multiple threads hanging off various parts of the shirt, of course there was “nothing” that could be done about it. So he bought it at full price anyway! The customer service is non existent and there are clothes all over the place.
The person in charge of the fitting room was extremely rude telling us we had no manners and respect just because we didnt say anything when she told us that we are not allowed to pray in the fitting room after we finished praying. The doors for the fitting room was really high from the ground so legs were very visible which was really uncomfortable. When we wanted to go back to the fitting room as we forgot a bag, we told the lady in charge and she replied with ' Oh so now you want to talk to me" which was extremely rude The queue just wasn't moving. It was a terrible experience.
Over two floors, limited stock, but kids happy enough!
