I from Miami and the cold weather has given me a bit of cold. I stopped by, recognized none of the medication but the cashier made a suggestion that saved my vacation. Less than 10 hours later, I was really feeling great. Maybe it’s just my experience, but they really took care of me and gave valid suggestions with love 10/10!!!
kind boy called kiran helped my daughter out with a large cut wound on her leg really worked magic and for such a young man it was extraordinary work would definitely recommend.
They can be a little bit chaotic and say things are ready when they aren't, then you wait half an hour. Essentially they have good hearts are helpful and try. I just think their organisation and filing system needs work! But if you want advice - they are utterly brilliant. Great range of products in store too.

So incompetent. honestly do not waste your time here. they’re so lazy and tell you that they don’t have your prescription and to come back another day even though they do have it, but just can’t be bothered to look for it. this has happened multiple times and i’ve had to tell them to look harder because i need the prescription today and then it magically shows up. they also tell you that they have ordered your prescription in but then you show up the next day to collect it and the man tells me that it’s suddenly out of stock online, if you ordered it yesterday why does it matter if it’s out of stock today? they’re so ridiculous and lazy and i would not trust them with your health and medications which is why i have immediately moved pharmacies. my GP even told me that the pharmacy is lazy and that they have messed up numerous times. honestly just go to a different nearby pharmacy, there’s plenty close by. No apology or excuse can resolve their actions, especially when it’s someone’s health involved and at risk because of their laziness and incompetence.
This pharmacy is run by one of the rudest most miserable men I’ve ever come across. I’m so friendly always & it’s laughable how non responsive he is -then when a pretty blonde walks in he’s the smiliest most talkative man ever, let’s women he finds attractive skip the queue. It’s happened so many times and it’s so obvious and shameful ..unbelievable. If you aren’t a blonde white woman, be prepared to be treated like you’re scum. They take aaaaaaages to get your prescription. I really hate coming in here. It’s an all round nasty experience.
I had a great service here, thank you.
I'd like to thank the very kind staff in this chemist for looking after me when i collapsed. In fact, this is now my favourite shop to collapse in - not that i make a habit of it you understand. Customers were very kind too. Never underestimate the kindness of strangers.
UPDATE...STOP PRESS.. 3 years on and STILL the best pharmacy in the area. By far. Thank you for ALL your help. So very appreciated. JF I have been fortunate enough to have used Harleys for over 20 years. It's about time I thought that I made the effort to give them the plaudits they so deserve. The Staff: Always friendly and approachable. Also very helpful. The Pharmacist: Ash is quite simply an outstanding pharmacist. Extremely knowledgeable, diligent, and genuinely always cares about the meds, prescription or not that are dispensed/ or over the counter. My local GP practise went so far as to say to me, and this by as partner," He is the to pharmacist we consult if we need to ask any questions regarding medications and what is working best right now in say Antibiotics. He's the bestverbatim! pharmacist we deal with of all the local pharmacies by a length." The shop: Spotless and very well laid out. They seem to have anything and everything. Prices: Good. Competitive. If something is cheaper elsewhere they have always bettered the other price. Overall: An excellent professional friendly pharmacy. I'm very grateful for all their help over the years. Thank you to all!! JF.
I’ve just left this pharmacy feeling shocked and in a state of panic to say the least. I am on lifelong medication and if I were to miss a dose, especially if I am going through stress with my personal life/job etc, it could literally put me in hospital. The pharmacist and or “manager” of the place insinuated that I was a liar, was dismissive and disrespectful. Overall, a very unpleasant guy to deal with. My prescriptions up until the end of July have ALWAYS been on time since I moved to London to become a nurse. After I successfully collected my prescription last month, his colleague ensured me that my script for this month would absolutely be there to collect for the following month, without having to make any additional phone calls etc. I was basically told that I was delusional and to come back on Monday when I’ll be in work to collect the rest of my medications after only getting an emergency supply for only three days after I insisted on it with most of the staff members who didn’t seem to get the urgency of the situation. Do NOT sign yourself up with this pharmacy. If you already have, consider treating yourself to another where they’d appreciate you and treat you like a human being. Goodbye Harley’s, Staff Nurse.
