Terrible customer service yesterday evening, slow and clearly dont want to be bother. Im 38 she asked me for ID for my wine bottle while im coming there everyday with my 2 kids including my son 12 y/o taller than me and mostly frankly I know 38 is still quite young but please do I look 25 or less? No waaaay (my profil picd is very old ans full of filter reality is much worse). I decided to take it as a compliment but I think that the lady took it personal and dont wanted to bother to serve me. I said that I ll take the bottle with or without her approval she said she will ask for z 2nd advice. Very slowly she been to the back of the shop and the colleage send her away immediatly so she slowly been back and validate my bottle. Will talk to the manager next week as using the law to pissed ppl is not professional .

If you're off to Wimbledon make sure you turn left at the station exit; every year this M&S is transformed for the tennis-goers... But its not 'on the way' so I suspect people don't notice it's just across the road, which is a shame, since the only alternative is the world's smallest Sainsbury's.

On the upside it's an m&s foodhall. On the downside they're constantly reorganising the layout and not in a logical way. And their range can be quite limited. What do you mean there's no club sandwich? The m&s in the petrol station at Wandsworth bridge has it.

If you need any M&S food supplies, they have them all here. It's like a mega version of the little ones you'll find at service stations off the motorway. There's a large portion of self checkouts, so you get in and out very quickly.

The quality of the meat is consistently very good for all the types of meat I tried. Ample assortment of all type of other food.
