Rubbish..went in for long evening dresses....didn't have any...waste of journey

My wife and I went into the Nottingham store yesterday.  We were helped, advised and served by a polite and pleasant lady by the name of Chaney......she made it a pleasure to enter the store.  Please thank her on our behalf if you're able to.

Too expensive for my purse.. although stuff was nice.. was looking for earrings made from wood.. walked all over nottingham.. none to be found..

The sales are manic in this store offering, offering many bargains. Although Monsoon Head Office, I must say that frankly, your staff are very thin on the floor. Those that are there appear over worded and unable to offer good customer service. No one passed a greeting smile, or a simple hello even at the tills. I witnessed a lady in a mobility scooter leave as the queue was that big and she was made to feel a hindrance by other shoppers, as the floor space was inadequate for her little vehicle. When this was mentioned to a member of staff she couldn't care less.  I'd just like to remind the company, that some of us still enjoy the common courtesies of this world and manners cost nothing.  After all we all know how retail is suffering and that little extra can go a long way.

Amazing lady named Chaney help me pick dress for my daughter yersturday very helpful  lovely lady am glad she was there am very satisfied with the service of her  the clothes are very nice and the dresses beautiful

I always liked Monsoon. Their clothing is a way of tendencies and elegant all the way. I bought some accessories the other, I decided to return them since I changed of mind. Got instead a lovely dress for the same amount because it was 50% discount. No problem at all.

Beautiful clothes,  couldn't realy find a party dresses i needed though.  Could be the time of the year with Christmas not long finished.  Why don't these shops understand that people celebrate things all year round.  The clothes in there were nice, but nothing for an occasion.  Spoke to a staff member,  she wasn't that helpful & didn't seem that interested in what I was asking her for. Need to up there game & remember customer is king

Just had a great shopping experience in the Nottingham Victoria Centre store: Chaney, the resident stylist, asked me what occasion I was shopping for a wedding, looked me over and picked me out the perfect dress, one which I would have walked past. Excellent service, thank you!
