I am so happy to have found Dental Beauty Bow, not only is it close to home, but the staff were amazing. I was lucky to have met Will who was so professional and lovely from the start. I had 10 veneers done on my top teeth and composite bonding done on my bottom teeth. I absolutely love them and can’t stop getting compliments from everyone. I’ve always wanted to have my teeth done since I was a teen, im so happy to have finally found a dentist I can trust in the UK. I definitely recommend you see Will for a consultation if you are thinking of getting any work done to your teeth. Felt so comfortable at my appointments, everyone is so easy going there. I have been going to this Dental Surgery for a few years now and it’s great. I saw the hygienist Jess and Terri last week which was fantastic. They made me feel so relaxed and my teeth felt great. I also had a check up today which was quick & easy. It’s a lovely surgery and the staff are great. Thank you.
Both my dentist and hygienist are superb. I’ve been going for a few years and they’ve kept my smile as good as can. Special shout-out to Sarah and Jane who are very considerate, offer great advice and at a fair price.
I highly recommend a hygienist treatment with Jess. Both Jess and Julie were lovely and super friendly. They calmed my nerves and the treatment itself was pain free and perfectly professional! I left feeling like my newly polished teeth are brand new and sparkling
Firstly the admin team are very quick to get back to you with online enquiries. And the receptionists were friendly and welcoming. I saw Jess for a hygienist visit, and what I appreciated about her was her eagerness to answer all my questions, so that I can continue to look after my teeth outside of our appointments. I look forward to seeing her again!
I have discovered Dental Beauty Bow just recently, and finally a big relief for my dental health. The staff is just amazing, from the receptionists to the dentists and hygienists. Genuinely the nicest hygienist appointment I've ever had, Holly and Julie were both very welcoming and very friendly, putting me at ease when I have a lot of concerns about my teeth. Holly was very nice to take the time to listen and advise me. Great thorough treatment
Such a great experience at Dental Beauty Bow. The receptionists were always so lovely and really helpful over the phone when booking/arranging appointments. I had whitening and composite bonding with Dr Keshav Kapoor, and couldn't be happier with the results. I get compliments on my teeth every day. Would 10/10 recommend.
After 20 years I’ve had to leave this practice due to the new owners poor customer service and lack of accountability. On two occasions my dentist appointment was cancelled in the last minute due to non availability of staff. This never happened under the previous management and they never cancelled appointments especially last minute. If the customer cancels without 48hr notice we lose our £50 deposit. This place don’t care about your time or any inconvenience caused. Poor service!!! Teri, Offering £30 quid off the treatment and rebooking my appointment isn’t compensation for my time and inconvenience caused today and the previous appointment. This is becoming a joke and I can’t trust you or your practice anymore. How many customers were inconvenience today.
My experience with Dental Beauty Bow has been amazing. My consultation was with Mehir who gave plenty of tips and was clear in his explanation of what I needed to do to improve my teeth hygiene. My hygienists were Jess and Julie who were both kind, friendly and made me feel comfortable from the very beginning till the end. They made sure I was ok throughout the full cleaning session and kept giving words of encouragement. I would recommend Dental Beauty Bow to everyone.
