Very incisive, quick, and helpful service. The dentist gave me three fillings in one 40-minute appointment. He resolved a visual defect relating to my chipped front tooth during my first visit. I was provided with very useful personalised advice in relation to my enamel and gum issues, dental care and hygiene. The costs were a huge bonus (I was using NHS). Finally, I was booked for an emergency visit within several hours of my phone request.

My review is for a filling I had done at this dental practice. I had a pain in one of my teeth due to a filling being chipped. I booked an appointment and was told a filling was £50. I had a few issues with this practice The first issue was I booked for 12pm the next day and when I turned up the booking hadn't been placed. I had to rebook for the next day. Not the end of the world but not a great experience When I had my actual appointment I wasn't allowed to use the bathroom until I had filled in the patient forms I found this a bit rude but wasn't too bothered. During my appointment, which felt rushed, the dentist was talking to the dentist nurse in an extremely rude way and putting her down in front of me. This is unacceptable. The dentist asked if I wanted a white filling (the same as what I currently had) I said yes. I wasn't made aware this was at a greater cost (£90). After this was done my bite felt funny but this is usually the case after a numbed mouth and I just trusted the filling was done properly 6 months later when I was visiting a different dentist about another issue he easily discovered there was a massive gap when the filling was done. I intended to contact the dentist straight away but I was swamped at work and didn't make the time. Currently, I'm experiencing toothache and the dentist practice won't reimburse this poorly done job as my complaint is more than 12 months old Avoid this dental practice at all costs as they are unprofessional and incompetent

Never in my life have I experienced someone in a customer service facing role be so rude as the receptionist at this surgery. The fact I have read so many bad reviews about her on here and she is still working there is beyond me. It was my first time at the surgery yesterday and while the dentist who saw me was great the receptionist is single handily the only reason I will never be returning. The dentist informed me I need a wisdom tooth removing but I refuse to give them anymore money thanks to the receptionist. I walked into the surgery and she did not great me or even look up to acknowledge I was standing there, I was stood at the desk for ages and still she did not look up once to the point where it became very awkward and almost laughable, she eventually looked up and couldn't even give me a smile just in a very rude manner said '1 minute' and carried on at her computer, now I have been a receptionist before in my time and I know as well as anyone else, when a customer walks in, whatever you are doing on your computer can wait. What makes this even more funny is as I sat waiting I wasn't the only person she did this to, I saw about 6 other customers approach the desk and also have the same treatment to the point where we were all laughing at how bad it was and then when she eventually could give you the time of day her manner was incredibly rude and she spoke to myself and other customers like we were stupid. I never complain but I was in that much utter shock that I felt I had to and after looking at previous reviews it seems you are loosing business and money because of her, it's not difficult to look up smile and great someone when they walk in and have some level of manners, its basic customer service. I would bother here there are much better dentists in the area.

I had to make an emergency appointment, they took me the same day. Doctor Chris was very professional and treated me very well, amazing job. Excellent Services. Thank you!

My partner had appointments moved twice at short notice (to months later) - and once even upon turning up to an appointment was told that it had been accidentally double-booked (and the only available next appointment was a month's time). I'm sure the dentistry is good, but there is something broken with their scheduling and they are awful at letting people know things on time.
