Waited 1/2 an hour for my pre-booked appointment then left. I was then contacted by reception and offered a free appointment. 

Update -- I went back for the free appointment and have had subsequent work done on a crown and I have been very hapy with the service provided, the quality of the work and the value. I would definitely recommend this dentist.

I had a re root canal treatment here,  that became infected after the first session of the treatment.  I am not sure if  this dentist or the previous one (who did the original root canal 10 years ago) broke a piece of metal into my tooth (I was made  aware of this after the treatment, so she didn't make it a secret, just not sure if she did it), but I just lost confidence and never went back.  Another dentist removed the tooth 4 days after this treatment.
For the record my previous dentist here was amazing, unfortunately she  is on sabbatical leave, so I risked someone else.

Customer Service was deplorable. Booked myself in for a simple Clean & Polish. Turned out they had no record of me as a pre-existing client and charged me for services I'd not asked for despite me clarifying at least twice what I was there for. Will never go back.

I've been a patient at LDC for several years, having first gone there for an emergency treatment.  The quality of service provided is excellent - as is the advice for teeth maintenance between check-ups.  Staff are unfailingly polite, courteous and professional.  Thoroughly recommended dental practice.
