This practice is first class. I have had implants and the experience has been amazing. This has involved the hygienist, general dentistry and implants. Received unprofessional and disrespectful treatment from a dentist here, as well as poorly executed dentistry work. It was overall a horrific experience and would unfortunately not recommend.
Jade the Hygienist provided me with an experience I will never forget. She genuinely felt like my 'tooth mother'. She was thorough, caring and professional. After I left her I felt I had a brand new set of teeth! I am really appreciative of her and the time and effort she put in to cleaning my teeth and give me sound advice. First class service! The two receptionists were really welcoming upon arrival and they both had such a lovely energy to them. I felt really comfortable to ask questions and Raquel went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and had everything I needed. Because of this amazing experience, I will most definitely be getting my future hygiene clean at St Mary Axe Bupa with the 'tooth mother' Jade! Thank you for a great experience :
Wonderful experience at this dentist. I've had four appointments in the past few weeks to have fillings replaced/hygienist apt and tooth whitening. From the moment you step in the door, the receptionists are very welcoming, especially Raquel. Laura was my hygienist, very friendly and I was very happy with the result. Dr Navi was my dentist for the initial consultation/check-up, filling replacements and tooth whitening - what a wonderful dentist. From the moment stepping in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and immediately put at ease. The treatments were pain free and by the end of it I was actually looking forward to going to the dentist who can say that?! The only small downside was the £7 charge each visit £28 in total for the disposable face masks however I can claim this back from Bupa and it's not specific to this practice. By far the best dentist practice I've ever been 10/10. Thank you to all for being so friendly, professional and accommodating throughout a pandemic - it really is appreciated. Merry Christmas to all Bupa Dental St Mary Axe staff x

I have been coming to Bupa St Mary Axe with Dr Heena for about a year now for various treatments that I needed. She has always been extremely professional, as well as very warm and friendly. She has been very patient in answering any of my questions or concerns and makes sure I have all of the information I need before going ahead with treatment - it’s clear that she knows what she is talking about. She also makes the effort to make sure I understand everything she is doing during treatment and that I am comfortable throughout and can’t feel any pain. She has put a lot of time and care in to each of my appointments and I have never felt that any of my appointments have been rushed. My teeth now look amazing and are much healthier than they were a year ago so thank you very much Heena! :
I was treated by Karl and his wonderful dental nurse. The service was great, and everything was explained to me very clearly regarding my options and the procedure. I needed a tricky filling on a front tooth which I have had done twice before at other practices, and its not looked great. However, this time it looks better than the original! Couldn't recommend highly enough!
I have just completed my Invisalign treatment at Bupa Dental Care St Mary Axe and I couldn't be happier with the results! Leone has been incredible from the very first appointment. His professionalism and incredibly kind manner reassured me I was in the best hands! He took the time to explain every step of the process, provided me with updates on the progress and offered excellent professional support in every visit. Leone is a highly skilled orthodontist who takes a personal interest in the progress. I always felt very comfortable and reassured throughout the process. The treatment lasted for as long as he estimated in the beginning and I am so happy with the results! I have already recommended him to friends and colleagues. All stuff at this practice are very helpful and friendly, strongly recommend to everyone.
