Would have been ok if they had out of stock on the products on their website. Unfortunately I was able to order and pay without knowing the item was out of stock!! Hardly helpful. I wanted a next day service but got a not ever service and I had to email them to see if they received it as I heard nothing from them. Most disappointing.

The staff in your horse department were most helpful. But when on paying at the till have I ever had such a rude experience. The young lady never uttered one word. Rolled her eyes when I was paying cash while I was counting out. Not a thankyou or come again. Definitely a customer service course would help.. Sorry will not shop here again.

Fantastic restaurant for scenery and menu selection, HOWEVER, we were left waiting 25 mins to take our drinks /food order, then later on, we ordered dessert....  
Some 30 minutes after ordering dessert, I had to approach 3 female staff who were standing at the welcome desk chatting and laughing, to chase up our dessert!!!
It had been forgotten !!

Ordered a joules jacket, when  it arrived it smelt as tho it had been worn , the lining was very  creased as though it had been sat around in,  the inside of the cuffs were grubby and there were no original joules labels attached. It had obviously been worn on several, if not many occasions . I did receive a refund but no form of apology even tho I contacted the store by phone and email in addition to completing the returns form stating my disgust at the condition of the jacket. My email was ignored. An apology would have been nice.
Appalling customer relations

I desperately needed a delivery before a rainy holiday away. I ordered boots around 3 as I know next day delivery has to be done before 5 pm. I chased with an email to make sure my order would be going out in time. before any apology email was sent I received a refund 2 hours later, this meant it is 5.15 and I have no hope of getting any boots before I leave on holiday tomorrow, no offer of resolution, maybe another brand or design was offered. Ruined my holiday, very sad
