I have recently been through a terrible experience with the return of a door ordered online and the terrible customer services department. After a month and still no resolution, i went into the St Austell branch to ask for their help to see if there was anything they could do to help me. I was greeted by Katy and my issues have finally been resolved. I cannot thank Katy enough. She listened to me and went out of her way to resolve my issue, which was really out of her hands, but thanks to her advice and input I've finally got the result I needed. She even called me after a couple of days to make sure everything was now sorted out. I would also like to thank Aleah who also tried to help me. You have wonderful staff in your St Austell branch, i cant thank them enough, it is your customer service department that let's the company down.
Fantastic store. the best customer service I've every had . very friendly and genuinely want to help . hats of to the mangers and the team . anyone running a business should sent their staff in to see how customer should be treated . 10/10 . thank you.
Been in a few times for paint and materials this week and been served by Helen everytime. Customer service has been second to none, polite & helpful and willing to go the extra mile every visit. An assist to the St Austell team!

Diy store selling pretty much everything you need for your home and garden at reasonable prices. This store is very tidy with products freely available on shelves. Staff are warm and friendly offering help and assistance where needed.
