We ordered our food over the phone and then picked it up. The service was fast (15 minutes) so we didn't have long to wait and I found the staff were very pleasant and friendly. Oh and everyone loved the food too. When asked what was your favourite dish, one family member immediately piped up with "Everything!"

I live in Axminster so am well qualified to judge the local restaurants/takeaways. Having used the other chinese takeaway in our little market town I much prefer the Lucky House. The portions are more generous (you can count the king prawns on more than one hand). There is no sit down restaurant, as in the other take away, but it is what it is. Well cooked food, plenty of it , friendly service. Parking on the road opposite, or a very short walk up from the car park on South Street. Would recommend.
