Food was below average, poppadoms were soft, starters were under-seasoned, butter chicken was literally swimming in melted butter. The young waitress was lovely, but the waiter was abrasive, rude, and gave us the impression that we weren't welcome. He had the audacity of asking our ethnic origin, and then made a snarky comment when we told him we were were from the Midlands! He physically brushed us as he threw plates onto the table. This guy needs to learn the etiquette of working front of house. Not recommended if you want a pleasant evening out.

Food was excellent cannot fault it at all but found the male waiter in charge a little hit and miss.

Have been eating at this restaurant for over 5 years and have always enjoyed the food, ambience and friendly service. My star rating is not a reflection on the always delicious food but on a new waiter who has been there the last 2 times we have dined. He has been rude, inattentive and obviously does not want to be there. On both occasions we have had to ask if we could get a drink. After placing our order the menus were snatched from our hands and when the food was delivered it was virtually thrown on the table. In a place where the owner/manger tries so hard to make everyone welcome this fellow is driving people away. I have not encountered such a dreadful waiter in hundreds of restaurants worldwide and am seriously considering not going back even though the food is lovely. This fellow is that bad he could cost this wonderful place a lot of business. Get rid of him!!!
