As someone else had mentioned the service is incredibly slow. You sit down nobody comes we had to ask for water, drinks, after 10 minutes as nobody had come to serve when the order was taken we then waited and waited, I called the manager over and said we had actually been in the restaurant for an hour an had not had anything to eat the starter eventually appeared and was very good, the main took another 30 minutes to appear I only had pasta again great taste but bad service. Yes it was busy but I think being ignored an having to call for service is too bad. We didn’t have a dessert as wanted to get out before morning. It was my hubby birthday so extremely disappointed. The food is very good. But the service puts me off returning. Also the fire alarm keep going off.

Great food and a really nice atmosphere. Not rushed at all during our meal. Will definitely return.

First off: the food is superb. The night we went, service was extraordinarily slow, people were walking out, it took about an hour for them to take our food order and we were right next to the bar so in their line of sight the whole time. I think they had staff not show up, plus there was a large party, and the service itself was friendly and welcoming. Nevertheless, the slowness was dreadful. I've no doubt we'll go back, hoping we just hit a bad night

2 stars for good food but service is glacially slow and chaotic. Our table wasn't set and remained so for an hour. There's something fundamentally wrong with their system. You should be seated and have been offered water and drinks within 5 mins. A simple bowl of olives or similar would help if kitchen is a little slow. Must try harder. Will not return.
