I was delighted to find authentic Italian cuisine in Orkney! The food is delicious, fresh, and the portions are generous. Che buono! The staff is warm and welcoming and the prices are reasonable. This is the second time I have been to this restaurant and it is just as incredible as I remember from my last visit to Orkney. I highly recommend Lucano!
Wonderful food, coffee, wine and tiramisu!nThe owner takes the time to ensure you are taken care off! We had scallops, chicken, and a pasta dish. The focaccia bread was authentic and delicious.
Really bland, tasteless food, the seafood in the linguine was from frozen bar the exception of 3 mussels on the dish… the pizza was overladen with cheese and poor quality pesto and tomatoes. We will not be back…
This place was a very nice surprise to find at the last moment.nnThe menu said the pasta was spicy, and it actually was. I love spicy food, so this was a wonderful surprisennTheir food was wonderful, and our server was fantastic.
Found this place in passing, as not locals. Best find ever!!!nReally authentic Italian food and wine, perfectly prepared and served by staff who obviously care about their work and the experience of their customers.
