Went to look for a new mattress. As a disabled person I needed a firmer more supportive mattress! The members of staff that helped me were really helpful and informative! Giving me information about a mattress that suits me and my needs! I got my bed from there about 10 years ago so just knew I was in good hands!
Delivery team were great. Phoned me approx 1 hour before. Then again at my request 20 mins or so before. Very courteous and careful
Have used Bensons for Beds on a number of occasions and the choice and service is first class. Delivery date was kept and notifications were issued at regular intervals. A message was sent the day before and the delivery team contacted me 30 minutes before the scheduled time to advise that they were on their way. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bensons for Beds and will purchase from them in the future.
A young lady called Tara, took care of me as soon as I walked in. I explained I had arthritis and I had to do things slowly, she took her time, listened to what I was looking for, and showed me the mattresses that she thought would help my condition, throughout the time I was there, she was attentive, and explained how different mattresses would suit me .I have spent £1200 and feel very comfortable with my purchase, now I can't wait to get delivery so I can have many comfortable sleeps. The whole experience we received was excellent Tara I hope I have got her name right was brilliant so helpful.
Overall not great. My first delivery attempt left and told me to phone up and rearrange which was a hassle and took three phone calls and over two hours to sort out. Second attempt the mattress packaging was damaged and it got wet after being dragged on the road.
Whole experience was brilliant. Good sales staff, very helpful . Ace delivery . Very happy with the sale.
We had nothing to complain about. The whole experience from buying the bed to delivery was a good one.
Good knowledgeable staff, and we're very helpful in making my choice.
Sid made the process of choosing a bed very easy n helped us make our choice as to best suit our needs
