centrally located and within easy reach of local resorts and attractions.

In a wonderful setting overlooking Cornwall's beautiful countryside.

Rooms are en-suite and some separate from the main house giving you complete privacy.

Off road parking suitable for cars, lorries and coaches.

Please bring your slippers as it's home from home.

Open all Year.

Room adequate and clean. Unfortunately this was booked as a bed and breakfast. Upon arrival we were informed that they no longer do breakfast but there is a microwave a toaster and a kettle and mini fridge in the room. No cafe or facilities nearby. Luckily we had relatives camping nearby so went to them for alfresco breakfast. The lighting in the room was insufficient. Difficult to make a brew. Didn't see anyone during the entire stay only when booking in. As we had booked for bed and breakfast and saw some lovely pictures of food on the website when booking we was thoroughly disappointed to find out we wasn't getting any breakfast. I will definitely not stay here again.
Upon needing a room for the night in an emergency, we went to Loscombe House B&B. We had emailed Penny first to see what she could do on rates which to be fair she did a slight deal for us so we thought we would pop round as we were close by so we could speak to her personally and look at the room on offer as it would involve our 6 year old on a blow up bed. We arrived and parked very easily, beautiful house too. We went to the front door and were greeted by Penny who didn't exactly give us the welcome we expected. We tried to get some conversation going and explained why we needed the room but there wasn't any interest or empathy there at all. It was almost like she had something better to do than to talk to perspective customers. We asked to see the room which she said no as it was being cleaned which was fair enough but there wasn't any invitation to pop back or wait. Penny then interrupted my partner and very abruptly said "well do you want it or not?" and said she wanted a cash payment. We were quite taken back by this and made a swift exit. Obviously Penny was too busy for us????? Very abrupt, no people skills, no customer service and very rude! We viewed another property and took our custom there.Penny was the only reason we DIDNT stay here. Everything else looked great!
Room I had was very comfortable and cosy with ocean view . Shared bathroom with shower and bath always clean and tidy. Very quiet surrounding. Tasty breakfast . Many Thanks to Jenna and Penny Enjoyed Stay at your House.
What a find, what a fantastic place, the room had all the amenity's and was very plush and very clean and the beds were very comfortable and lovely and warm and fresh. The breakfast was very nice and plenty of choice too we were looked after very well we will definitely be back to stay here again.
Ghastly place. Rude hosts. "Take your shows off before coming in. Rinse the basin before using, I've just put some bleach down". . Yappy dogs and I'm a dog owner. These two were just too much. Uncomfortable beds with tired,thin mattresses. Never again!
A lovely very well run guest house. Jessica is the Perfect host nothing was too much trouble. We will definately visit again.
Really lovely breakfast. Rooms clean and well maintained but some rooms share a bathroom. Nice garden and play area for children. Owner quite direct
Great guest house , breakfast is fab, the lady owner was great, meet percy the peacock, the rooms are really comfortable, wish we could of taken the bed home , we was working in area and definitely going back
Peaceful and very safe. Plenty of space for kids to run around and play. Beautiful sunsets!
Lovely, cosy place... Jessica was very welcoming. Hope to stay here again.
